Our Code of Ethics

Values that guide our choices

Corporate Code of Ethics for Well-Being, Relationships, and Sustainability

We believe that a company’s value is also measured by the way it treats people. Our Code of Ethics sets out the principles that guide every decision: respect, transparency, responsibility, and listening. It is the commitment we make every day to employees, customers, partners, and the community.

1. Valuing people and human relationships

  • - Promote a work environment based on mutual respect, trust, and genuine friendship, without forcing it.
  • - Value diversity as a source of enrichment and growth, recognizing each individual’s unique contribution.
  • - Ensure a calm and safe atmosphere, where people feel appreciated and heard.

2. Caring for internal well-being

  • - Encourage a healthy work–life balance, respecting individual needs and rhythms.
  • - Promote physical and mental health through targeted initiatives and open dialogue with employees.
  • - Pay close attention to workplace safety through concrete and ongoing actions, to prevent accidents and protect people’s integrity.
  • - Encourage collaborative and respectful relationships, avoiding toxic competition or oppressive hierarchies.

3. Commitment to the environment

  • - Foster a company culture oriented toward respect for nature, promoting everyday sustainable practices.
  • - Reduce environmental impact by integrating innovative solutions for energy saving and recycling.
  • - Engage employees in ecological projects and initiatives, nurturing a sense of collective responsibility.

4. Transparency, integrity, and confidentiality

  • - Act consistently and fairly, both internally and toward customers, suppliers, and those who make deliveries for couriers.
  • - Encourage clear and honest information sharing, building trust in professional relationships.
  • - Maintain confidentiality and secrecy regarding company processes, valuing ideas and protecting them from competition that is too often unfair.
  • - Honor commitments made and address any critical issues with transparency and a spirit of collaboration.

5. Shared innovation

  • - Develop solutions that have a positive impact on the planet and on people.
  • - Involve employees and partners in creative and innovative processes, valuing everyone’s contribution.
  • - Encourage research into new technologies and methods to improve work and company sustainability.

6. Responsibility toward the community

  • - Support local projects and social initiatives that strengthen the bond between the company and the local area.
  • - Promote cultural, educational, and sports activities as tools for collective well-being.
  • - Foster opportunities for growth for more vulnerable groups, contributing to social equity.

7. Flexibility and participation

  • - Introduce organizational models that enable flexible work management, respecting personal needs.
  • - Consider profit-sharing arrangements, sharing economic results with employees.
  • - Promote working hours that improve productivity without compromising personal well-being.

8. Dialogue and engagement

  • - Create opportunities for open discussion, where employees can express ideas and proposals.
  • - Enhance individual contributions through training and recognition of merit.
  • - Build an environment in which participation is seen as an opportunity and not an obligation.

9. Ethics in resource management

  • - Manage financial and natural resources responsibly, avoiding unnecessary waste.
  • - Work with suppliers who share ethical and sustainable values.
  • - Encourage reuse and reduction of consumable materials, involving the entire company.

10. Establishing an Ethics Committee

  • - Establish an Ethics Committee, composed of representatives of employees, management, and stakeholders, tasked with coordinating and developing the rules and principles deriving from this Code.
  • - Decisions made by the Ethics Committee must be approved by majority vote and then submitted to the company’s administrative body.
  • - The administrative body may approve or reject the Committee’s proposals, providing reasons for any rejection based on considerations related to company well-being and economic sustainability.
